  Contact us as soon as you notice your State Savings Bank debit card is lost or stolen.  During business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to noon, call us at (231) 399-0470 or toll-free at (844) 377-5134. 

  After hours, call toll-free (800) 754-4128; International (727) 227-9012. You'll need to order a new card by contacting us during regular business hours.

   

  Do I need to contact State Savings Bank before traveling out of state or out of the country? 

  You don’t need to contact the Customer Care Center before using your debit card when traveling, but it’s always a good idea to do so.

  Contact your local State Savings Bank office or our Customer Care Center.
